The HLSEP HL-DS8000ATEX is a fully ATEX-certified disc stack separator centrifuge designed for hazardous area operation in pharmaceutical API manufacturing, fine chemical synthesis, and solvent-based extraction processes. With SS316L pharmaceutical-grade construction, gas-tight sealed bowl design, and an 11kW explosion-proof motor, this centrifuge delivers safe and reliable separation in Zone 1 classified environments.

Safety Engineering

Every aspect of the HL-DS8000ATEX is engineered for hazardous environment safety. The gas-tight bowl incorporates inert gas purging with pressure monitoring, oxygen sensors, and automatic shutdown on seal failure detection. All electrical components including the vibration sensor, speed pickup, and temperature probes are ATEX-certified intrinsically safe or flameproof rated. The centrifuge foundation includes anti-static grounding and bonding connections per IEC 60079-14.
